Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
All unused items can be returned, for obvious reasons tyres/tubes that have been used cannot be returned for a change of mind,
but If the unfortunate event arrises that you have a faulty product, then please contact us, and I will sort it out for you, we are very reasonable.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
30 days.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Drop it in or post it to:
Unit 6, 12 Keable Close Picton NSW 2571.

HOW do customers return items?
Email or phone first so that we know what's going on once it arrivees, or you drop it off.

SHIPPING for returns?
Original postage rates are only refundable if we sent out the wrong item for instance?

CREDIT for returns?
When you log into your account you will see the credit for the return,
Alternatively, we can refund via the method of payment.

Instore return option?

Packing materials?
As best as possible, keep items in original packaging for returns.
